Returns and Refunds.
- The item is returned in its original condition, unworn and unused
- The Item must be returned with all tags and label
- The item is safely packed to avoid damage
If you received a faulty item, we apologize for the inconvenience and you can send an email to email@example.com with your order number and name.
Currently, we do not offer free returns.
Note – until the items reach us we are not accountable for them. We cannot refund items that have been lost or arrived damaged. For this reason, the item you want to return should be sent back to us carefully packaged. Please make sure to put the correct return address including the phone number on the package.
Delivery costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and clients can arrange their own way of international shipping that supports a tracking method. The client is responsible for the returned package until it reaches our office safely.
If you have provided a wrong/incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will notify you and will be happy to resend it. Keep in mind additional shipping charges will be added.
We will always return the original amount of money.
